Uses:

Directions:
For Warm Use: Place in clean microwave for for second intervals until desired warmth is achieved. Do not overheat.
For Cold Use: Place in freezer for 1 hour until desired coolness is achieved. Do not allow gel beads to freeze.
Warning: Do not overheat. Use caution when removing from microwave as mask could be hot after heating. Do not boil pack with an open flame to avoid risk of fire. Do not exceed maximum heating time. Keep away from children. If discomfort results or presists, discontinue use and consult your physician.
